By accessing or using TriviaDog, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Use of the Service

TriviaDog is a multiplayer trivia and party game platform you cast to your TV while phones act as controllers. You may use it for personal, non commercial entertainment with friends and family, subject to these Terms.

3. User Conduct

• Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
• Do not upload or share illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• Do not attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use the service to violate any laws or third party rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

4. Free vs Paid Features

TriviaDog offers both free game modes and Pro features that may require a paid subscription or one time purchase. Pricing, billing, and refund terms for paid features will be presented at the point of purchase. We may change pricing or feature availability over time.

5. Intellectual Property

TriviaDog, its branding, questions, artwork, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TriviaDog and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We will post the new "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
